Indian Companies Looking to Catchup in Africa

Historically India and Africa have had strong cultural and economic ties; Indians were sent for decades by the British to work as indentured servants in its African colonies. More recently Indian businessmen have set their eyes on expanding into western markets leaving China with a huge opportunity to develop trade and energy deals. It looks like China will now start having some competition on the continent.
