Macy’s has announced the installation of 400 automated electronics store kiosks called eSpot. I don’t see this as being a great idea, there are more than enough specialty retailers selling electronics such as Best Buy, J&R etc. At least they are working with several top brands such as Apple, Sony, Canon and MyVu.
