Blog Brownstoner recalls a chilling episode of a near mugging, attack by a group of teens in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. I’m often amazed by the amount of new construction of luxury condos and the influx of new residents to neighborhoods we call the hood.
Magic Johnson is an investor in a new housing community at 110 Green Street in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn that will be known as the Viridian. The Viridian will boast 130 apartments, putting green on the roof, “virtual golf” indoors, billiards room, building wifi, indoor pool, interior courtyard with reflecting pond and more.

Brownsville is one of the poorest neighborhoods in Brooklyn much less the NYC may have to endure another set of hardship in the form of increasing mortgages. Its been amazing to see how much the neighborhood has improved over the last 5-10 years, it would be a shame to see all those gains wiped out [...]
